Delivery

1. we will aim to post all items within 24 hours of cleared payment.

2. we will post to the address that is provided on paypal.

3. If any payments are still pending on paypal product will not be shipped until funds are avalible.

4. All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail

5. Delivery's through first class can take up to 2-3 working days. However in the rare occasion if there are delays in the royal mail , they advise that goods can take up to 10 working days to arrive.

Returns

1. In the rare event that a product is damaged or not in working order please contact us and we will arrange for the none working item to be returned and you will be provided with a replacement.

2. If the item is being returned it should be in its original condition with all packaging.
