•       We ship all orders thesame day or next business day.
•       Once an order isshipped, we will email you a tracking number.
•       Please make sure youenter the correct shipping address at the checkout. We will not make anychanges to the shipping address once you place the order.
•       If any shipment is returned due to an error in the shipping addressprovided to us or due to package not being claimed by the receiver, we willdeduct shipping fee from the purchase price prior to issuing the refund.
•        Pleasenote expected delivery times may be longer than normal during public holidays(e.g. New Year’s day, Christmas, etc)

      We stand behind everyproduct we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy tomake an exchange or a refund of the product price less S&H within 30 daysof receipt of your purchase.

•       For any exchange orrefund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system,and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC barcode, packaging, and all accessories.
•       All returns should beaccompanied with a tracking or delivery confirmation number back to ourwarehouse.
•      Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. A 15% restockingfee will be applied to all returns.
•       Due to healthprecautions, we cannot accept returns on Skincare and Hair care products.
•       Please allow up to 10business days for returns to be processed.
