Olympus Camedia C5050 5MP Digital Camera 3x Optical Zoom

This camera is still in packaging and has only been tested but it has a fault, the camera comes on the digital display but is blurry and red, when the picture is taken the result you can see in the last picture.

You can see from the packaging all is in tact unused comes SD card, charger, batteries, cables, instructions etc..
Some may be able to know how to fix this.
