A Mickey Bottle by TootsieToy  from 1986 made in Thailand. Mickey's head screws off. 
 Mickey with his arms wide open standing on a white plat form. This is from Nestles made in China.
 Next is a Wooden Mickey with hands on hips. He hangs on a string with a heart above his head. This is to hang on a hook.This was made in the Phillipines.
 Then for added fun...1988 Happy Meal Scrooge McDuck in a red car. Made in China 
The last is  Disney Goofy Max Movie Toy Burger King 1995 Pull back Red Car. Made in China.
