If you have an item that is taking longer to arrive than expected, contact us, we always save the postal receipts and we can provide you with a picture of the receipt that would show the date the item was sent, with your ZIP/Postal code. Shipping to the US takes 2 - 3 weeks on average, but varies to either side. Tracked Packet is 7 business days. For Canadian customers, Xpresspost is 3 business days across the country.
