This is a simple railing kit with 3/8 dowels for balusters and our FD1 newel post. .The railing and spindles / balusters are pre-cut.

ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• 2 pieces - railing 3/8 x 5/8 x 18" (9mm x 16mm x 45cm), with an 3/8  groove to fit 3/8   (9mm) dowels.
  
• This groove is too wide for our FD Balusters 1 & 2.
• 18 pieces - balusters 3/8 x 4-1/2"  dowels. We suggest a one inch on center spacing.
• 3 pieces - post 5/8 x 5/8 x 5-1/2" (16mm x 16mm).
• One order will build a 18" long section of railing with a one inch on center spacing spacing, or 14" length with a 4" bend.
  
• Made of unfinished birch, basswood.
• Ready for you to finish with paint, stain, shellac, or polyurethane after a light sanding.
