How Do I Use The PhimoKit?
IMPORTANT: The PhimoKit is designed for use on adults only. It MUST NOT be used on children. In children, the foreskin does not completely develop until post puberty, at which point foreskin retraction may well be possible without any intervention.

Before performing foreskin stretching with the PhimoKit, ensure that you consult with your GP to confirm that you have no underlying health conditions and that foreskin stretching in this manner is right for you according to your medical history.

Begin with selecting a ring smaller than you think you need then gradually move up in size until you find the correct ring that creates a comfortable stretch without causing pain. After folding and inserting the ring into the phimotic band, slowly allow it to flex open. If it remains folded, gently remove and use a smaller ring. Once fitted, leave in place for up to a maximum of 60 minutes.

Foreskin stretching must be performed gently and gradually in order to avoid inflammation.  If inflammation does occur, refrain from using the rings until fully healed. Do not wear rings for more than 60 minutes per session or whilst sleeping.
Before and after each session, wash and dry the ring thoroughly, storing it in the case provided. After the final session of the day, use a spot of the provided cream or oil to massage into the tight area of the foreskin.

How Often Should I Use The PhimoKit?
Frequency of use should be determined by your own level of comfort. For best results, 3 sessions per day (Morning, Midday and evening) of between 30--60 minutes each would be ideal. After a few days when you are no longer feeling a stretch from the ring, this is an indication that the PhimoKit is working and it is time to step up to the next larger ring in the set.
Resting time between sessions is also important as this is when cell proliferation and tissue repair occurs.
Resolving phimosis with the PhimoKit is a gentle and gradual process, with the aim of achieving full foreskin retraction without discomfort and without surgery.
