These come with the tag hole but i can make them without the hole if requested when purchasing.
WHEN ORDERING: in the personalisation box leave your choice of text, The shape you would like ( we can make any shape, images show the most popular) these can be made all individual with different text on each or we can bulk engrave the same text if you require.
The tags don't come with the flowers as seen in the pics, these just show an example of what can be done to decorate them if you choose to.
These are laser engraved on Beech ply wood and sanded down. the size of each tag is approx 6cm x 2.5cm (just under 2.5 inches x 1 inch) for the standard tag, sizes will vary on the other shapes.
If you require larger sizes please message me for a quote.
