Important:  We uses DHL Express* for extremely FAST courier service with tracking! Therefore, we can ONLY ship to street addresses, PO BOX address cannot be used.

Order cutoff time: All orders placed before 12pm (GMT +8), orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day, after this cut off time, orders will be dispatched on the next business day.  Our business days are from Monday to Friday.

Terms and Conditions:
- Our courier deliver items quickly, however customs do sometimes perform random inspections can cause delay and cannot be avoided, please take this into account.
- All international buyers are responsible for all tax, duties and customs fees.
- Return and refund is available only if the product is in its sealed original condition, it must not be activated, screen protector film must never been removed. (Note: Return postage is responsible by customer), if any of the above applies, a restocking fee of 30% will be deducted.  For customers who have changed their mind after receiving the goods, in addition to our return and refund terms listed above, original postage (shipping charges we have paid for your delivery) must be recovered as well.
- All international buyers have obligations to clear customs and provide any documentations to local customs when requested.  If buyer fails to clear customs and goods are being returned to us, 30% restocking fees and return postage applies.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the item in return and after inspection.
- For orders delivering to specific location, in order for us to proceed with your order, we may require you to provide us with photo identification that shows your name and address i.e. ID, Driver's license (It must match the name and delivery address) .  If you are unable to to provide this upon request, we may at our discretion cancel the order and provide a full refund to you
- Shipping address cannot be changed after payment, we can ONLY ship to the address as specified in your PayPal transaction, please make sure the shipping address is correct.
- If you encounter any issues after receiving the product, please do not leave negative feedback and kindly contact us directly. We will do our best to resolve your problem with top priority.
*For remote areas, longer transit time will be expected.  If DHL does not cover your delivery address, alternative courier service will be used.
