Return & Refund
1. If this item is defective upon receipt, customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for refund.
2. Please note that all purchases must be returned within 14 days of purchase. NO return or exchange will be accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase. Include your name, address, item, daytime telephone, and how you paid.
3. Returned item has to be new, unworn ,unused, never mounted and in its original condition. Please understand that shipping and handling fee is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
4. After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item's price ( excluding the shipping costs to and fro ).
