Please note: As a UK based seller all new and used parts available are for right hand drive vehicles. If you are purchasing this part for a left hand drive vehicle and are unsure if it will fit please ask before purchasing.


RETURNS
In case you have any issues with the part you receive - PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE LEAVING A FEEDBACK and we will do our best to leave you satisfied with our service.
If an error has been made on our part - replacement will be sent out immediately as soon as the wrong part is received from the customer. If we are out of stock for the specific part - you will be issued a full refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item.
In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer does not need the part or has been ordered in error, HP Select must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the customers expense, delivery costs will not be refunded and a 20% handling charge will be applied.
If the item is returned because of a customer's mistake (item doesn't fit the specified model, purchase error or colour/item number not matching) 15% return handling charge will apply.
All parts come with a 30-day warranty. We recommend that you send back your return using a tracked shipping service. The item must be returned with full packaging to prevent further damage during the shipping. Please note that if any inquiries are made after this period we won't be able to provide you with a refund/swap. This guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour/garage charges or any fault arising from the fitting of this part.
All our items are security marked. If the returned part won't match the condition, overall look or make of the part that we sent to you - warranty will be voided and NO refunds will be issued. Same goes for any tampered, dismantled and incomplete parts.
