How to activate: please note activation starts your 30 days bundle
1. Choose the size of the SIM by carefully pressing out the required size, these days majority of the new smart phones uses the nano size (i.e. smallest), however micro (medium) and standard sizes are also available.
2. Insert the SIM into your UNLOCKED phone, wait for the signal Your Lycamobile mobile number starting 447xxxxxxxxx will be texted to you within 2 minutes. It can be activated in all EU countries.
3. Go to phone settings and enable “data” & “data roaming
4. Make sure APN=data.lycamobile.co.uk - for data to work
5. Dial *137# then press SEND key, this will confirm your bundle is active and ready to use. See last picture.

1. This SIM has everything you need for 30 days. The bundle includes 6GB data, unlimited calls/texts to call UK numbers. However whilst using the sim in Europe, unlimited calls/texts to all EU & UK numbers.

2. It is very important to check the balance by dialing *137# The bundle balance will be displayed on your phone. This is the only way to obtain a balance check.
3. If you are not able to surf the internet i.e. use the data. The most probable cause is the settings within Access Point Name ( APN). Make sure it is set to APN=data.lycamobile.co.uk
