Würzburg Germany Aerial View After Allied Bombing WWII Silver Halide Photo

All photographs are processed at a professional photo lab and have standard white borders unless otherwise stated.  We DO NOT sell desktop printer, discount chain or kiosk processed  photos.

Here we have a black-and-white photo showing an aerial view of the deserted town and buildings left in ruins after aerial bombings. The original image dated to April 11, 1945. Centered are the ruins of the Würzburg Cathedral, to the left of which is the Neumünsterkirche, both of which were painstakingly restored after the war... mostly by women.
