We do NOT have our own national distribution network.
We do not have a man in a car who will personally drive your item across the UK just so we make our 30p in profit at a time that suits you.
If your the sort of person who gets angry at delivery drivers running late, like to send insulting or ridiculous messages, expects us to have contact with all couriers at all times then please buy off someone else, anyone else except us!
We use Royal Mail, we dispatch ALL goods next working day, we do NOT work Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holidays, we have a family and we like to see them,
Royal Mail can be very good, but they can be busy (strikes, Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays etc. they are human beings not robots) they can go horribly wrong (as you will see on the news regularly with certain areas not getting mail for days, weeks or longer)
We work very hard to do our best and we are NOT interested in customers asking for the ridiculous and nagging because the Royal Mail is running late, the delivery dates quoted are estimated dates according to eBay history and magic, they are not guaranteed fixed in concrete dates, These are household items not vital bits of life saving medical equipment, If you have a little bit of respect and are a genuine nice person, please feel free to order,
