Antique Small STEAMER TRUNK Wood Metal Leather 26” x 17” x 15”Geo. Bains & Sons, Philadelphia

This trunk has had some refurb done, leather handles appear not to be original, and the trunk has been painted. The top tray on the inside is “new”, as are wood joint reinforcements on the inside and hinges on the back. contact paper was applied to the lower portion at some point. The hinge/joint on the side is intact but needs a different screw/ nut to make it work properly.

Wheels on bottom present.

Interior top appears to be all original, marked:
