Offered for sale is this cover mailed in 1891 from Ashland, Ohio to a a business in Iowa City, Iowa.  The cover is franked with a 2c Washington and there is a nice "Ashland O" cancel.  There is an iowa City receiving cancel on the reverse.  This would be a nice item for a collector of Ohio postal history.
