An electronic tax invoice is supplied on request. We cannot put a paper copy of the invoice to your parcel.

Dear Customers, we continuously enhance our services and work on supplying quality products, improving communications, and reducing postage time. But, unfortunately, not everything depends on us. As you can understand, bought items can be lost by our delivery contractors or returns could take longer time due to inner problems on PayPal, and even the eBay website sometimes experiences technical difficulties.  Please, take this into account before evaluating our work and let us solve your issues before leaving feedback.

Generally, orders placed and paid before 2pm (AEST/Brisbane time) on a business day are dispatched on the same day. We will endeavor to post your order within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Parcels are not being dispatched on weekends and public holidays.

Express postage option is available on check out. Please check if your area is covered by Australia Post Next Business Day Delivery Guarantee. Please check the Australia Post website.

Only paid orders are available for pickup. We do not accept cash on pickup.

When using Google Maps, enter 'Arundel Business park' or 'GoodState' rather than our street address. Somehow if you enter our street address it will navigate you to another complex.

We are generally here from 9 am to 4 pm every weekday. For pickup outside of normal business hours please contact us in advance.

We will combine multiple items purchased from our store in one parcel when it is possible.

Generally, parcels with a combined value below $700 will be shipped with Authority to leave. Signature on delivery might be added according to our judgments.

Should you wish to return your order, please contact us within sixty (60) days of a delivery date with a valid reason for a return.

Return Shipping is paid by the buyer if there is a change of mind. Original postage cost is non-refundable.

A refund will be given as money back or item exchange (depending on the buyer’s preference and item availability).

All returned goods must be new, undamaged and unused, and returned in undamaged original manufacturer packaging (may be opened). If an item is returned used, damaged or without an original packing, we can deduct up to 50% of its value or refuse a refund. Every case is decided individually.

All returns and exchanges are subject to the inspection by GoodState before a refund or exchange is granted. All refunds are made at the discretion of GoodState.
