installation

You will receive a link which will lead you to a page where our application videos and written instructions are. You will need a small amount of water to install the product and once installed & dried, the edges must be pressed constantly until they stop lifting. All fingers touching the protectors sticky side must be WET.

Delivery

We offer same day dispatch on all of our products. This would mean that orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) BST will be dispatched the same day. The delivery service used for the UK is Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service (2nd class), you also have an option to choose a faster delivery service (Royal Mail 1st class). Orders placed from outside the UK will be dispatched the same day and for the EU member states the delivery times are 3-5 working days and 5-8 working days from outside the EU. Please do not hesitate to contact use if your order is delayed.

material

The material we supply is SOFT TPU Plastic. Phones, Tablets and watches with flat and curved screens up to gorilla glass 5 will be supplied with soft 0.26mm thick TPU (to understand how thick it is, most commonly used, case friendly glass are 0.26mm and Full Cover glass are 0.33mm thick) and Phones, Tablets and watches that have curved gorilla glass 6 and above will be supplied with 0.17mm Regular thickness TPU. This is to avoid lifting. Please either search the web for thickness or contact us if you are unsure which material you will get.

The user is responsible for the proper installation of this product. Watching the video is a must before the application. If you have any bubbles left, please use your Phone, Tablet or Smartwatch as usual and they will disappear within 48h. The product is always cut to match with your case, this would mean that it is smaller than the actual screen. For environmental purposes we reserve the right not to include a thick paper box nor any other accessories that are not necessary. The product is Soft TPU and it will curve to the screen once installed (for curved screens only).
