book with over 1000 pages from the Scientific Products Company, a Division of American
Hospital Supply Corporation.
In 1985 Baxter Travenol Laboratories, a firm whose supplies American
Hospital once distributed, acquired the company. In 1995, Baxter spun off its
low-tech hospital supply division as an independent company, called Allegiance
Corp. Allegiance was subsequently
purchased by Cardinal Health Inc. of Ohio in 1998. Cardinal Health is a Fortune 500 company

Blue M Gravity Convection Oven ? constructed with 3/8" transite lining. Transite is another proprietary asbestos product from J-M. Precision Freas Water Baths (Rectangular) - made with 1' asbestos aircell insulation. Temptrol Circulating System and Water Baths used Colorlith tops/covers. Colorlith is a proprietary product of Johns Manville that is composed of chemically treated asbestos cement. Refrigerated Bench Type Water Bath Magni-Whirl - used 1" rigid blocks of asbestocel insulation. Blue M Magni-Whirl Water Baths, Bench Type Baths & Shaker Baths - all used asbestocel insulation. Asbestos Center Wire Square Gauzes Carbon Residue Apparatus - used electro-asbestos discs on the top of the block.

book is in VERY GOOD condition!! The book has normal wear from use. There are no locations of writing, underlining or
highlighting of the text that I could find from a cursory
review. Binding is tight & square with no loose pages. The pages
have some browning due to age. It's still a good used book with plenty
