Asbestos ReferenceS:
In the specifications section it clearly states that cement asbestos board was an option for the core materials of AllianceWall panels. It is also called out in the diagrams for the insulated sandwich, veneer and industrial panels.

Book Condition:
The catalog is in GOOD condition!! The pages have some lite browning due to age and moisture exposure with staining. It's still a good booklet with
plenty of life left in it!!
