Same day dispatch for orders placed by 1pm, Mon to Fri. Orders after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
On the rare occasions that items are lost in the post, Royal Mail will not deem it lost until 10 workings days have past. We will be able to intervene after 10 workings days by contacting our Royal Mail Account Manager.
RETURNS
Please send any items back within 30 days of purchase in the full original state it was sent. Customers are responsible for the return postage costs and the items safe arrival. Any money owed will be refunded via the same method it was paid once we have received the item back.
