S5 packet from about 1963 (1967?)

NOTE: This is an unusual packet. Though it is in the S5 style (made from about 1960 through about 1963) and says "Sawyers" on the back, it is made of the same thicker shiny paper stock with perforated folds introduced in the GAF era around 1967. It also contains GAF reels, sleeve, and packet order form. The imprint on the carbon insert matches the catalog and the back of the packet, so it seems to have been originally issued this way.

This listing includes the following:

  • Packet: No edge separation. Very little noticeable wear or discoloration. 
  • Three reels: Excellent condition with no bubbling, splitting or loose images. No stains, discoloration or writing.
