In reality this includes hundreds of miscalculated counts for lost/blank page prints, Cancelled prints, power resets etc, and your Waste ink Pads are likely to still be in good condition.

 Resetting this counter to Zero will resolve this problem and get your printer quickly back to working condition.

This Program will enable you to reset the counter and save you time and money, (a visit to a service center for the reset operation could cost up to £70)

All software will only be accepted as return if it has been unopened due to the nature of the items. If it is faulty then a replacement will be sent.

For hardware that is found to be faulty the buyer must pay the return postage to allow us to test the item. If it is found to be faulty then we will refund the full sale price and the cost of the return postage.

If it is found not to be faulty then we will only cover the sale price and not the rerun postage.

For any faulty hardware item we will also offer to replace that item for a similar item if we have it in stock and that will be up to the buyer to decide if they want a replacement or just a refund subject to above.
