These bars are formulated to restore, repair and protect any hair type in need of TLC as well as nourishment and hydration.

Also, they are a marvellous nutritious addition to any ongoing hair care diet.

All of the above is achieved with the help of:

Behentrimonium Methosulphate (and) Cetearyl Alcohol-an extremely conditioning emulsifier of a vegetable origin

Cetyl Alcohol-Works as an emollient, emulsifier, thickener and carrying agent for other ingredients contained in a cosmetic solution. It keeps the oil and water parts of an emulsion from separating and gives products good spreadability. As a thickening agent and surfactant, it helps alter the viscosity and increase the foaming capacity of non-aqueous (i.e. lotions) and aqueous solutions (i.e. shampoo). It is often misinterpreted as an "alcohol" related to ethyl or rubbing alcohol, both of which can be extremely drying to the skin. The truth, in fact, is quite the opposite, as cetyl alcohol is well known to effectively condition and soften the skin and hair. Because of its multi-functional capabilities, this ingredient is used in a wide range of personal care products such as moisturizer, face cream, shampoo/conditioner, anti-ageing treatment, hair dye, sunscreen, cleanser and lipstick.

Sunflower Wax and butter-PREVENT THINNING HAIR

Sunflower contains gamma alpha-linolenic acid (GLA) which has been proven to aid with hair loss and baldness. Add in the fact that it has some Vitamin E which is essential for hair growth and you have an ingredient that tackles all areas of hair health.

 GIVES A GREAT APPEARANCE

Since Sunflower is so light, it is perfect for adding a beautiful sheen without being greasy.

CONTROLS THE FRIZZ

Frizz is usually from dry, damaged hair and Helianthus Annuus Oil is an excellent conditioning agent. Just a little is enough to contain any frizzies and make your hair more manageable.

Rice Bran oil-incredibly conditioning, protective as well as delays premature greying. Also, great at fighting dandruff due to the high Vitamin E content.

Wheatgerm oil-The vitamin B found in wheat germ oil promote the new growth and formation of new tissues, thus it helps to promote new hair growth both in terms of length and the volume of the hair. The key to healthy hair growth is the healthy scalp and healthy root of the hair which is done by the use of wheat germ oil.

Sunflower Lecithin-helps to achieve healthy-looking, shiny hair, which is silky to the touch. Especially dry hair benefits from the presence of lecithin because it improves the structural qualities of hair. Together with other hair care ingredients it keeps hair properly moisturized and helps to restore the natural protective coating of hair. These beneficial effects counteract part of the toll ageing takes on hair. Lecithin and unsaturated fats support the regeneration of hair. All these benefits go a long way toward keeping the effects of ageing at bay. Lecithin can drastically improve the appearance of the most damaged hair. Hair care products with lecithin also help in hair straightening procedures, and they prevent fly-away hair.

Phytokeratin (Hydrolysed proteins of Soy, Wheat & Corn)-is vital to hair, skin, and nails. As a matter of fact, it is hair (and nails). Hair consists mainly of keratin – a family of fibrous proteins. Did you know your hair was over 80% keratin? As for skin, it is the presence of keratin in our epidermis that makes our skin nearly waterproof. By its very nature, keratin is an excellent ingredient for hair care. Because of its structure, keratin (whether plant or animal based) can penetrate the hair shaft and help the hair retain its natural moisture content by 'encouraging' its moisture-binding ability. It will also add lustre, shine, body, and bounce to your locks.

Natural Bee Pollen-It contains the amino acid L-Cysteine, which contains sulfur and is said to help reverse hair loss and can strengthen the hair strand. Bee pollen also has vitamin A and E — two vitamins that are vital to hair (and overall) health.

Sweet Orange essential oil-has a soothing effect on irritated scalp. Therefore indicated for dryness of the scalp and dandruff. Secondly, orange oil is an excellent moisturizer and is recommended for dry, damaged and brittle hair. Thirdly, orange oil well vitaminizes skin and hair, due to the content of vitamin C. Fourth, orange oil prevents hair loss as a way to strengthen the hair roots and stimulate their growth. As you can see, the usual orange oil can solve quite a large range of hair problems. 

Calendula extract-It is no surprise this herb is being used on hair and scalps. Calendula oil is often used to hydrate dry scalps, remove dandruff, and improve the condition of the scalp. With its regenerative properties, it helps the hair follicles grow abundantly allowing for a thicker mane, and the antioxidants help protect the hair and scalp against cell-damaging free radicals. It is believed to promote stronger hair by the increase of collagen production and circulation in hair follicles. The benefits are similar to a scalp massage that increases blood circulation to the hair follicles. This plant is soothing to sensitive scalps and quite popular in hair rinses for adding shine, calming irritated scalps, and bringing out naturally warm highlights in blonde hair.

Rosewood essential oil-is a powerful rejuvenator, reviver with some great anti-bacterial, antiseptic, anti-depressant, aphrodisiac properties.
