Payment

PAYPAL - Immediate payment by PAYPAL required. We do not accept any other method of payment.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of ordering Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on the Monday. You should always receive a shipping email to confirm your item has been dispatched. If not, please check your spam filter.


The average delivery times for our orders are as follows:
UK: 3-7 Days
Europe: 5-14 Days
North America: 5-21 Days
Rest of World: 5-21 Days


If for some reason your order has not arrived within the allocated time please let us know and we will look into it further for you.

Terms

Returns

We are happy to refund an item if it is defective within 30 days of purchase or upon the return of your item. If you wish to return due to your order being defective please contact us first as we are happy to resolve the issue for you. If you wish to return a book to us because you made a mistake, we will be unable to pay for the return postage. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund an order that is older than 60 days from the day of purchase.
