Shipping
All products should be inspected for quality and shipping damage when signing for the products with shipping company. In the event that your product is damaged in shipping notify us immediately so we can get a replacement out to you and start up the warranty process and summit a claim. You MUST make a note of the damage with the shipping company when you sign for delivery. All products must be returned in original boxes and not used.
Returns
If returns are accepted & you decide you don't want to keep the products and need to return them for any reason besides damage there will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns. The end customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be given for the product value only.
