  • We ship only to the address listed on your Paypal payment. No exceptions.
  • We cannot ship to a PO Box. If your PayPal address comes up as a PO Box, your payment will be refunded.
  • Items ship directly from the manufacturer, typically shipping out within please allow 2-5 BUSINESS days while in production (some carpets may take longer). days after your payment has been received. After item is shipped, a tracking number will be loaded. Please allow 2-7 business days for arrival, depending on your location.

Returns:

  • We offer a 30 day return policy on most items.
  • If you wish to return anything, please contact us through eBay. We will authorize the return number and give return shipping instructions.
  • No returns will be accepted without authorization.
  • All returns are subject to the item being in the same new, re-sellable condition it was received in, and in its original packaging.
  • Any alteration or evidence of installation will render the item nonreturnable. Once you cut it, it's yours to keep.
  • You pay all return shipping charges.
  • NO RETURN COD's. These will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
  • After examination of the item and is found to have a significant defect, we will replace the item at no
    • additional charge. If you'd prefer a refund rather than a replacement item, we will issue a refund after the returned item has been received and inspected.
    • All returned items with non-existing or non-significant defects are subject to a 20% restocking charge. (This is what the manufacturer charges)
    • If you are returning anything, it is your responsibility to pack all items securely. You are now the shipper and are responsible for any potential damage claims with the freight company. If an item is returned and is damaged from shipping, we will refuse the item and it will be returned to you.

    Payment:

    • We accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal
    • We will only ship to the shipping address on the Paypal payment. No exceptions. If your Paypal shipping address is a PO Box, we will refund your payment, since we cannot ship to a PO Box.
    • If a Paypal payment is made and we cannot accept it for any reason it will be refunded.
