The SLS Camera is also known as the v1 Kinect Stickman or Skeletal Tracker and is used by ghost hunters to see spirits that are not visible to the human eye. The Kinect SLS Camera will take your ghost hunting to the next level, it can detect them and show them visibly on your tablet screen. You need to have a Windows tablet already and will need the required software. If you need the tablet as well please contact us and we will send the link for the preloaded tablet.

This portable ghost camera will work in complete darkness, and in the daytime. It takes 10x AA batteries which are not included. You must use alkaline batteries, and ensure they are the 1.5v ones. If you get the Duracell ones this should last around 1 and a half hours on full batteries. There is an on/off switch so you can leave the batteries in. The SLS Camera is pre-build, so no assembly is required, just plug and play.

The USB lead which connects to your tablet can be pulled out or pushed back in to suit the length you need, the mounting bracket for the tablet holder is also adjustable. The handle can be unfolded and can be used as a tripod so you can place it on the floor or table. We are ghost hunters and have been tweaking our prototype for 3 months to get it perfect. You will have fun with this and will hopefully catch many spirits and ghosts during your paranormal investigations.

The v1 Kinect SLS Camera works by sending out thousands of infrared beams using a monochrome CMOS sensor. These beams of infrared light bounce around and hit all objects in the room and are used to build a 3D model of all the objects in front of it. There is a little trickery behind this and that information is combined with what it can see using the standard and infrared camera. The Kinect and Nite software which is usually used with the camera then uses motion detection and object recognition to detect human limbs and joints etc. Allowing it to detect people, and even spirits and ghosts that appear in human form.
