How to Personalize Cases


When purchasing a customized case, you would need to use the "Message to seller" button when you are on the checkout page. It will say "Review Item and Shipping, and there is a tiny blue "Message to Seller" button. Click that button, and include the name you want on the case. We ship cases right away, and to keep up with guaranteed delivery, we cannot wait to hear from you. Orders without names will be shipped blank, so please make sure to include your name. You can always just send me a message with your name as well.


Shipping

We ship everyday besides Sunday! That’s right, here at Patyrn, we know that you want your phone case super-fast, and that requires us getting it shipped immediately. Buying online gives you lots and lots of choices, so why not choose to get your case the fastest possible way. We use First Class USPS mail service to get you your package anywhere from 3 to 5 days. We also offer Priority USPS shipping as well, which gets you your case anywhere from 1 to 3 days. International Shipping takes anywhere from 7 to 30 days. Canada and the UK have faster shipment times of usually under 14 days. Feel free to send us a message about any additional shipping questions. 

If you have a delay with international delivery of your order please note that we can only investigate late deliveries after 30 days from the shipping date for insurance claim purposes.

 

Product Information

 Our rubber cases are great for normal phone protection against regular 4 to 5 foot drops.  We make our cases using a process called Sublimation. Where we take your design, and heat press it at 400 degrees onto a metal substrate.  This makes for the highest quality resolution, and a design that cannot peel, scratch, or dull, making for the most beautiful case you can find.

 

Returns

Customized or Personalized cases cannot be returned because we are unable to re-sell those. All other phone cases can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We will need the original packaging and in new condition for us to accept the return. Please reach out to me if you wish to return your case.



Wireless Charging

Please be aware our cases do not function with wireless chargers.
