Here is a very attractive antique Rockingham pottery "snuff taker" toby pitcher. It measures about 9 5/8" tall. It has a lid which appears to be original. The lid fits fine but not "tightly"- I don't think it was intended to fit "tightly". Pitcher is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It is able to rock just slightly on its base. There are some very minor surface marks from handling. There is a little bit of residue inside bottom. I can see some crazing inside bottom. If there is crazing elsewhere it is very inconspicuous. A great-looking piece. Please see photos.
