Very Good Condition or nearly so.  Very little visible wear to cover...perhaps some general age-darking, but not sure.  Inside is very well preserved...almost no sign of use or wear.  Binding-hinges are tight.  Perhaps book never used by student.  Book looks especially nice under OPP poly slip-on protective sleeve.  Very Collectible.
