From a promo box, they're all unplayed. Most sellers would probably list the vinyl at least NM*  as they're all new/unplayed.

They come in their original Decca paper sleeves. Promo holes.

The Postal Diservice keep raising prices (and everything else does too) 45s go anywhere USA for $4.50 via economy and  $1.00 each additional one via First Class Mail.  Most countries: $14 and 2 can be shipped for this amount. (*if you are buying more than 2, I suggest you ask for an invoice from me showing the reduced postage.
