This buy it now is for One (1) in package and two (2), sealed but out of package Palm Leaf Febreze Scented Shade refills.
The one in package has a plastic stand inside, see 3rd, 4th & 5th pictures I took of what the Plastic Stand looks like. It is just a plastic stand, nothing like the Luminary base that flickers and requires batteries. This plastic stand does not take batteries, does not flicker and has no luminating, however, these can be used with the Flameless Luminary Base if you have one.
