Celebrating its 111th anniversary in style, German Bundesliga club FC Augsburg today wore a classic-inspired kit in the match against RB Leipzig.Augsburg not only released a classic jersey but celebrated a whole retro match day. The team arrived in a classic bus and the club also created retro match graphics for the game.
Inspired by FC Augsburg's first-ever jersey, the FC Augsburg retro kit is white with a classic collar. It comes with the classic team crest and an old version of the Augsburg's kit sponsor. It is based on standard Nike teamwear.
The Nike FC Augsburg 111-Years Anniversary kit was limited to 1,111 editions. It already sold out ahead of the official release.
