Many of you know me as the Troy Bilt chipper vac bag, screen and parts guy. For over 5 years I have been selling custom made screens to fit Troy Bilt chipper vac PRO models. You can see my other listings for them and view the feedbacks I have received for them. Over the last few years I have had the most requests for this Troy Bilt screen part number 1762665. I have had other requests for screens that fit this Troy Bilt model 47321 This screen was the most requested. If you want another screen part number let me know what it is. I will then keep score of the demand for them and if the demand is there I will have a small batch made. These are the other part numbers requested so far (1762668 bar grade), (1762667 1 3/4 inch hole), (176266 1 inch hole), (1762664 3/8 inch hole) If there is a demand for them I will see about custom making them in small batches. I only made a small batch of Part number 1762665. That makes the cost higher per screen. If the demand is here I will have a larger batch made of them. That should make my prices drop. I had watched for a year for one of these screens to use for a pattern. I found a new Troy Bilt screen 1762667 with 1 3/4 inch hole that gave me a pattern to use for curve length width and shape. Then a customer who was wanting the 1762665 sent me his old screen with 3/4 inch hole that was in 3 pieces 1762665 that gave me the pattern of the holes. I have sent out 3 screens to 2 customers for a fit test. 1 customer ran his machine for 3 hours and told me there was not even a scratch in the paint. (Powder coat paint) The other customer was able to install it but could not start it. But said all looks good for the fit in his machine.

The measurements of this screen are 9 inches wide 11 inches center pin hole to center pin hole. Then if I lay it down on the table with the curve up it is 3 1/4 inches to inside the screen at its highest point.

I have been told that this part number changed from 1762665 to 1762670 then to this newest part number 1762670MA

A customer has found that this screen fits a Craftsman model # 987-799930 or (987.799930) chipper. According to Sears parts online is showing part # 1762670 having the 3/4 inch holes.
