To take advantage of this free mounting, you must provide your Boot Sole Length (BSL) in the Payment Notes section during checkout or by messaging us (we recommend both). Since eBay requires sellers offering 1-day handling to ship within 24 hours of payment, and mounting takes some time, your item will ship unmounted if the BSL is not provided at time of payment.

Shipping

We ship everything within 24 hrs of purchase, except on Sundays. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, shipping addresses cannot be changed after purchase. International buyers if you would like a direct shipping quote please contact us before purchasing by messaging us.  

International Buyers

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. 

Returns

 Returns are guaranteed within 30 days of receiving the products, for a full refund.* Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately and we will be happy to resolve any issue in a timely and friendly way. 

*Returned skis that have been mounted are subject to a 20-25% restocking fee. If you are unsure about keeping the skis or your boot size we recommend shipping the skis & bindings unmounted. 

Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL)

The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size (eg. a mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm). Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. Without this precise manufacturer's measurement, we cannot mount your skis. If we are given incorrect mounting info, the buyer will be responsible for any remounting or restocking fees.  

Binding Check: Buyer is responsible for taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.  We do NOT set DIN levels.

Product Availability

 Our eBay store shares much of its inventory with our family-owned retail store in Stowe, VT and sometimes our inventory is not accurate due to purchases made locally. If you purchase something that is sold out, we will try our best to find you a suitable replacement item. Any payment for an item that is not available will be refunded immediately. Keep in mind that weekend purchases are not finalized until Monday due to our eBay Department schedule.
