These are all brand new as I have had them stored since buying them directly from Photo File in 1999. These where made by Photo File with permission & help from UPPER DECK AUTHENTICATED!  They are individual numbered out of /23000 ( except one which is noted and is still a Limited Edition). These are all officially licensed from the NBA with the NBA hologram logo on the back of each one!  No need to buy the whole set when you can just choose the ones you want the most. The more you buy the more you save!!!
