The item for sale is a handled serving dish made out of clear beaded or stippled glass during the starting decades of the twentieth century.  The decoration is made out of tiny raised dots that create a pleasing visual effect.  There is a circle band of smooth leaves around the central six pointed star.  The star has molded facets on the rays and a center filled with multiple hexagonal shapes.  The handles have smooth glass filled spaces.  The condition is almost essentially as made.  The plate has no chips nor cracks.  There is some roughness to the underside of the inner rim as made by the pressing process.  There are slight traces of utensil wear toward the center.  This is very hard to see.  The diameter and width with handles are 8 3/4" and 10 1/4".
