Amazing find that has been sitting on the shelf at my buddies office for many years. It is possible that any included glue has likely dried up over the years, but a tube of E6000 works great, I use it all the time for recones. The Kit is easy to install, remove your old cone assembly, clean up the old glue from the frame, apply beads of glue to the cleaned frame, place the included shim in the gap, drop the cone in and press the surrounds and spider down until the glue is tacky and starts to set up, let it dry for a day, then solder the tensile leads to the connectors, glue in the dust cap and that's it, you've got a brand new speaker.
