Do not leave charms on stem of glassware in the dishwasher. Dishwasher soap/cleaners my cloud the beads and hasted tarnishing. Charms can be cleaned with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry well. Over time the silver may tarnish, a silver/tarnish or jewelry cleaner may be used. Jewelry cleaner is not recommended on pearl beads. Do not let charms soak in cleaner, PLEASE FOLLOW THE PACKAGE DIRECTIONS, and as always dry well.
Shipping
Packages are shipped USPS economy first class, have a tracking number, and take 3 to 9 days to arrive. Please be advised – holiday shipments may take 9 days or more to arrive. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment with the exception on weekends and holidays.

Return Policy
Returns
accepted if item has been grossly misrepresented or is not as shown in listing
photo.
Buyer pays return shipping and must be returned within 30 days of receiving.
Must be returned new, unused, in original package, and in same condition as listing photo.
If you are not completely happy, PLEASE email me with the problem before leaving a feedback and I'll do my best to correct or clear up any problem.
