Old soviet reference-book on Russian tubes and includes small chapter (116 pages) on semiconductors. Book was published in the Soviet Union in1966th, conditions is good, slightly shabbied, no lost pages but two pages have rupture (see last photo). Size is 140 x 210 mm (5.6" x 8.4") and 732 pages.
