Please note this manufacturer’s cutting is tighter than others.  Please consider their sizes are half size smaller than the usual sizes provided on the above Size Chart.

1. We recommend you use the Bare Foot measurement on our Size Chart to find the best fit size because sheepskin boots are designed to be worn with bare feet to get the best warming effect. 

If you choose the size that corresponds to your barefoot length, your new boots will fit tightly at first. After wearing for a while, the lining wool will mould to the shape of your foot.  

If you prefer wearing socks with Ugg boots, you can go one size up, but please bear this in mind, the boots will become loose after some time.

2. Ugg boots worn in the rain or wet snow may become saturated and, upon drying, will shrink.  In many cases your Ugg boots can be stretched back out to your natural foot size upon wearing but only if they are dried without exposure to heat or sunlight. It is not guaranteed that your boot will retain its proper shape or colour if exposed to rain or snow.

3. The colour of the actual product may slightly vary from the images above due to various factors such as lighting and display devices. 

Return & Exchange

1. In case of change of mind or incorrect choices of sizes or colours, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange for items unused and in re-sellable condition within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for both the return postage and the re-send postage for exchange. Once item is received and inspected, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you. 

2. In case of defective items, we will gladly replace any defective item at no additional cost to you within 30 days of purchase. Should the product be out of stock we will refund the original purchase amount to you.  Please contact us directly though eBay messaging for information on returning your defective item and receiving a replacement or refund.
