Each lace is 120cm long which is ample for all trainers and also long enough for baseball boots and skate shoes. We feel that 120cm is the perfect length for a universal trainer lace. They are flat and 8mm wide
All our laces are made from quality polyester. Polyester is a perfect material as it is very slightly "springy" to allow the tied knot / bow to be more secure.
