Our Return Policy

• Purchased item(s) must be returned as received, in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. If there are any signs of usage or perfume smell, the return will not be accepted and mailed back to you. Intimate apparel including undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned.

• If you believe you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Manufacturer defects are covered under one-month warranty with our store. After one month, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for return or replacement.

• A re-stocking fee may apply, if applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping cost to be incurred by the customer. Keep tracking number safe until we receive the returned package. We will not be responsible for non-receipt of the returned merchandise without proof of delivery.

• Your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days after we receive the item.

• There are no returns accepted on international sales.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount.
