Some Useful Info
Combined Postage:
We can combine postage. Please do not pay for items until we have had the chance to send an invoice, with combined postage, for all items.
Any excess postage paid, if you do not wait for our invoice, (ebay automatically adds postage for items so you may pay over the odds if you don’t wait) will be refunded back to your paypal account.
Worldwide Shipping:
Yes – we can ship worldwide. If there is no postage option for your country, please do not guess a postage amount. Wait and we will send through an invoice with the correct postage rate…then you can complete the payment. Please remember shipping is done on the weight of a package, not per packet.
Import
charges/Fees:
Any import/customs charges or fees are to be paid by the buyer. Buyers in the UK
and EU will not incur any extra charges.
Buyers from countries outside the European union may incur import
charges. Check your country's import/export rules.
Dispatch:
We post orders out Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). Orders will usually be shipped the same day but do allow up to two working days.
Courier delivery can be arranged – please contact for details.
If you've not received your order within 10 working days of dispatch (30 for overseas), please contact us so we can find out what has happened. We are limited by the post office/courier services delivery terms... if you have been sent a tracking number, please use that for more information.
Delivery Details:
Please make sure that your delivery details are correct and complete. If you do not put your full address or you have a wrong or incorrect address registered with ebay or paypal, your order will not be able to get to you!
You will be liable for any postage costs for re-sending to your “correct address”.
If a delivery was attempted - collect your item. If a card comes through your door letting you know of an attempted delivery please make sure that you do something about it! Do not wait for weeks, as if you do the package will be returned to us and you will have to pay the postage costs to get it resent.
Returns:
Any items purchased can be returned, within 30 days of your purchase, (we do allow longer in relation to Christmas). Items are returned at your own expense. Any returned items must be in the same condition as sold to you. e.g. in a new and un-used condition, with packaging where supplied. If you return an item to us that has been used it will be send back to you at your cost!
When we receive the item(s) back we will take the appropriate action and either refund your money or send out new goods.

If you have any kind of problem or complaint concerning a transaction please
contact us first before leaving feedback.
We will do our best to rectify any issues but if you don’t tell us first we
can’t rectify anything.
We are all human so mistakes can happen but a chance to put things right is
appreciated.
