For shipping in the United States, we ship USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail for heavier packages. Packages are shipped same day or next day from when payment is received (weekends excluded). Shipping time is generally 2-5 business days depending on your location from Boise Idaho. 

For International shipping, we ship USPS First Class International. Depending on your location, shipping time generally takes up to 4 weeks but may take more time due to weather, holidays, etc. For quicker delivery (although at a much higher cost) Express Mail is available upon request. We are not aware of, or responsible for, any custom dues, fees, or taxes that may be added by your local government. Please check with your customs office for fee schedule before you bid/buy. 

We stand behind the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a replacement, return or refund. Items may be returned in original, unopened condition within 14 days of shipment to qualify for a full refund of the item price. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
