1. We dispatch all orders within one working day (Monday to Friday).
2. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, the dispatches get delayed, we will promptly contact buyer to offer solutions. However, the chances of this to happen is very minimal.
3. We normally use Royal Mail Second Class unless otherwise mentioned in our listings. In some instances we use a tracked courier service depending on the weight and value of the item being sent but there may be an additional charge for certain postal regions not covered in the UK mainland free delivery.
RETURNS:
1. We offer 30 days return policy. We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or purchased in error. The items must be returned to us unused and with original packaging in a saleable condition.
2. Buyer pays return postage.
3. Any item found to be damaged or faulty or you are unhappy with your purchase, it must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of product. Upon receiving your notification, we will review the case and endeavour to close this to a satisfactory solution as soon as possible.
4. We only use eBay returns process for traceability and convenience to buyer.
