This wall hanging is woven in our family owned textile mill in the mountains of North Carolina by expert weavers who have generations of weaving experience. We select the highest quality cotton yarn, weave it on jacquard looms then we cut and sew each wall tapestry by hand. The fabric of the tapestry creates an acoustic elegance to any room unlike the printed sheet "tapestries" which poorly imitate an authentic woven wall tapestry. The back of the tapestry is open so you can see how craftsmanship and weave structure creates the image on the face of the art.
