Shipping

A handling/shipping fee is added to all orders shipped. The standard fee is listed include insurance up to the purchase value. However, oversized items and certain destinations will be higher. For those oversized or high value items, you may be required to pay addition insurance if you wanted. Express shipping is available at an extra cost.

NOTE:  If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address, simply put a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your order.

The quoted shipping prices are within the 48 states only. APO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico etc. are higher, please inquire.

International Buyers

Please Note:  Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are solely the buyer?s responsibility.  Please check with your country?s customs office to determine what these additional fees will be prior to bidding/buying. We use USPS for all international shipping.

Damage/Shipping Claims

Make certain you inspect all packages in the presence of the driver/carrier.

If you receive a package that has been damaged or opened, make a claim with the driver/carrier at that time.  All claims of loss, concealed damaged, damage or other destruction must be made by you with the carrier. Save all boxes and packing materials, as the carrier may want to inspect it. This is a Fed Ex shipping policy. Any shortages not the fault of the carrier must be reported within 4 days of receiving order. No exceptions!!!
