Processing Orders: We only dispatch to the address on the order, we cannot dispatch to a different address than what's on the order. If you require the order to be sent to a specific address please make sure to enter that address before confirming payment.

If you choose to have your goods delivered by Free Standard Delivery Royal Mail 48, we aim to deliver your goods within 3-10 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made, when placed no later than (3:30pm). As we rely on external delivery companies we can only indicate the estimated delivery time as a guideline only. Please note, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your goods within the estimated delivery time frame. 

Other delivery options can be purchased at an additional cost. The Standard Delivery Royal Mail 24 service aims to deliver your goods within 1-2 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order made, when placed no later than (3:30pm). Please note, Standard Delivery Royal Mail 24 is not a guaranteed service. The Express Delivery Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) 1:00pm is a guaranteed service which delivers next day by 1:00pm. Goods will be dispatched same day if purchased before 3:30pm.

Here at Texstyles Home, we take it upon ourselves to ensure that all of the goods and services that we provide are of the highest standard. For one reason or another, there may be times when you are not satisfied with your purchase. If this is the case you should endeavour to return the unused item/s to us, preferably with the original packaging intact, within thirty (30)b days of receiving the product/s.

In the event of a product return, the process will generally look something like this:

The customer (you) sends a written request via ebay message within thirty (30) days for a return to be made. 

We (Texstyles Home) will authorise the return so that it can be accepted by our warehouse. Please consider that if you ship the item back to us without authorisation and outwith the thirty (30) days period, our warehouse may not be able to accept the return.

The product/s must be returned by the buyer safely and in a saleable condition. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the product/s is delivered safely. Please note that all the effort must be made to ensure that the product/s are returned in their original packaging, if the original packaging is not available for any reason then please contact us before sending the item/s back. The cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer. If you need our assistance for return of goods then please contact us.

Having received the item/s, our customer care team will then proceed to issue a full refund for the item/s, considered on a case-by-case basis. Sadly, this process might take a few days after the return is accepted but we will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If customers provide all the necessary information and have taken all the necessary steps then refunds can be issued quicker.

NOTE: When returning items you should keep a record of proof of postage as we cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit during their journey to our warehouse.

Goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers must contact us via eBay message prior to taking any steps to return the item/s in order for us to best advise you.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us through eBay message. Please note, photographic evidence will need to be provided. 

It is buyer's responsibility to ensure the item is unused and the original packaging is intact. The buyer is responsible for returns postage, so it is advisable to use a traceable service but not special delivery.
